This privacy statement only relates to our online activities and is relevant for users of our website who share and/or gather information there. Any information that is gathered offline or through sources other than our website is not covered by this policy.

An individual can ask for deletion of their personal data in case of real-life scenarios like the following (but not limited to these scenarios):

• When the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was originally collected/processed.
• If the person wishes to withdraw their consent to the social login used to log in.
• When the personal data has been unlawfully processed.
• Or if the user no longer uses the services of ChaosEncoded.

In order to delete personal data, any registered user can email us from their registered email address at chaosencoded@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion - ChaosEncoded", and the request will be answered within 10 days working days processed.

Data may still remain in system backup files, which are regularly deleted. When the request for data/account has been received, we will send a confirmation of E -mail as soon as the request for removal of the data has been processed correctly.
